Power MinerTier 1, unlocked at 0 points- This pickaxe will act as a non-degradable variant of the crystal equivalent with no requirements.- When this item is in your inventory or equipped, you gain the following perks:
- On failing to mine a rock, you will have a separate 50% chance to succeed.- Items gathered from Mining are automatically sent to your Bank.- The Echo Pickaxe will cause the rock to not deplete until you have mined 4 ore.- This buff does stack with the existing Mining Gloves, with a cap of 7 ores from a given node.You will be able to toggle the following effects on or off for the Pickaxe:
- Collected ores are automatically smelted and grant Smithing XP (regardless of your smithing level).- Gems gathered from Mining are automatically cut and grant Crafting XP regardless of your Crafting level.
LumberjackTier 1, unlocked at 0 points- This axe will act as a non-degradable variant of the crystal equivalent with no requirements.- When this item is in your inventory or equipped, you gain the following perks:
- On failing to chop a tree, you will have a separate 50% chance to succeed.- Items gathered from Woodcutting are automatically sent to your Bank.You will be able to toggle the following effects on or off for the Axe:
- Automatically burning logs for Firemaking XP (regardless of your Firemaking level).- Automatically Fletching logs into arrowshafts for Fletching XP (regardless of your Fletching level).Additionally, you gain the following perks to Firemaking:
- Never fail to make fires with any logs at any Firemaking level.
Animal WranglerTier 1, unlocked at 0 points- This harpoon will act as a non-degradable variant of the crystal equivalent with no requirements.- When this item is in your inventory or equipped, you gain the following perks:
- On failing to fish a spot, you will have a separate 50% chance to succeed.- Items gathered from Fishing are automatically sent to your Bank.- Fish caught have a 50% chance to be automatically cooked, granting Cooking experience regardless of level requirements.- Attempt to catch fish 1 tick faster.- It will also work for fish that don't require a harpoon to be caught, and your harpoon can be substituted as a Net, Big Net, Lobster Pot, or any Rod whilst Fishing.Alongside the Echo harpoon effects you will get the following perks to Hunter:
- Hunter catching will never fail.- Box traps catch chinchompas faster.- Chinchompas are doubled when caught, also giving double XP.- Impling jars no longer break upon opening them.Lastly, you never burn food when Cooking.
Tier 1 passive bonusesUnlocked at 0 points- League XP multiplier is 10x.- Items from eligible sources will be 2x as common.- Farming ticks will occur every minute instead of every five minutes.- Minigame points received are boosted by 4x.- Run energy is never drained whilst running.- All clue scrolls will drop as stackable scroll boxes, and clue-step progress is saved between clues.
Corner CutterTier 2, unlocked at 750 points- While equipped, Sage's Greaves will grant Agility XP based on your Agility level while you run.- Completing an Agility course grants two completion count and 25% bonus XP.- 100% success rate on all Agility checks.- Marks of Grace will also spawn with 10,000 coins.- Double Quantity of Pyramid Tops, Hallowed Marks and Agility Vouchers, and Crystal shards (from agility).
Friendly ForagerTier 2, unlocked at 750 points- This item will provide the following perks whilst in your inventory or equipped:
- When you gather resources from Woodcutting, Fishing, Mining and Hunting, the Forager's Pouch will find and store a random grimy herb, limited to herbs your herblore level + 25 can clean, whilst also providing a small amount of token XP when one is found.- The Forager's Pouch will only find herbs it has room to store, but will always attempt to give you a herb you can receive.- The Forager's Pouch works just like a Herb Sack, and shares an inventory with it.Additionally, you gain the following perks to Herblore when crafting potions:
- Secondary ingredients have a 90% chance to not be consumed. This stacks additively with other sources.- Created potions contain 4 doses instead of 3.
Dodgy DealsTier 2, unlocked at 750 pointsYou gain the following perks to Thieving:
- Pickpocketing an NPC will also pickpocket all NPCs of similar type in a 11x11 square, granting extra loot for each NPC pickpocketed.- 100% success rate on all Thieving checks.- Automatically re-pickpocket an NPC or stall until you can no longer do so.- Items obtained from pickpocketing are noted.- Maximum coin pouch count increased by 10x.- Stalls do not deplete when you steal from them.Tier 2 passive bonusesUnlocked at 750 points- League XP multiplier increased from 10x to 16x.
Clue CompassTier 3, unlocked at 1,500 points- This item will allow you to Teleport to any S.T.A.S.H unit and Falo the Bard (Respecting area unlocks).- It has the ability to teleport you to your current clue step, if you have one. Note - this will not work on clue steps that require you to kill a certain NPC.- This item ignores wilderness teleport restrictions.- This item cannot be used to teleport to an area you haven't unlocked.
Bank HeistTier 3, unlocked at 1,500 points- This item will allow you to Teleport to any deposit box, bank, or bank chest.- This item ignores wilderness teleport restrictions.- This item cannot be used to teleport to an area you haven't unlocked.
Fairy's FlightTier 3, unlocked at 1,500 points- This item will allow you to Teleport to any fairy ring, spirit tree, or tool leprechaun.- Unlocking this will autocomplete the Tree Gnome Village quest.- This item ignores wilderness teleport restrictions.- This item cannot be used to teleport to an area you haven't unlocked.Tier 3 passive bonusesUnlocked at 1,500 points- The "Bigger and badder" slayer unlock is unlocked for free.
- Slayer points are x5 from tasks and you aren't required to complete 5 tasks before earning points.
- Slayer Superior rates are increased to a 1/50 chance to appear.
Golden GodTier 4, unlocked at 2,500 pointsYou gain the following perks to the High and Low Alchemy spells:
- The spells have no rune cost or level requirement.- Items give 15% more gold, and have a 65% chance to not be consumed.- When cast on a stack of items, the spells will automatically be recast over time, until the stack is depleted or moved.You gain the following perks to Prayer:
- 20,000 Coins can be offered at Prayer altars in exchange for Prayer XP equivalent to using a dragon bone. This respects altar XP modifiers. Normal altars have no modifiers.- All items purchased from some select shops can be noted, provided the item can be noted at all.
- There will be a new button on select shops which toggles this effect.
ReloadedTier 4, unlocked at 2,500 pointsChoose another Relic from any tier below this one.
EquilibriumTier 4, unlocked at 2,500 pointsYou gain the following benefit to All Skills:
- Each time you gain XP, you gain additional XP equal to 10% of your total level.- Additional XP given by this Relic is not multiplied by your Leagues XP multiplier.- Your lowest skill will receive 20% total level XP instead of 10%.Tip: Equilibrium will trigger per instance of individual xp provided, even if that is multiple times in a single tick. Treasure ArbiterTier 5, unlocked at 5,000 pointsYou gain the following perks when Clue Hunting:
- Sources of clues are now a 1/15 chance.- Clue Geodes, Clue Nests and Clue Bottles are found 10x more often.- All Clue Scrolls have the lowest number of steps possible for their tier.- Emote, Falo and Charlie Clue steps no longer have item requirements.- Every Clue Scroll casket will roll the max amount of rewards it can give. It can roll the same item more than once. :
- Beginner caskets will roll 3 times.
- Easy caskets will roll 4 times.
- Medium caskets will roll 5 times.
- Hard caskets will roll 6 times.
- Elite caskets will roll 6 times.
- Master caskets will roll 7 times.
Production MasterTier 5, unlocked at 5,000 pointsWhen doing the following Production activities, all items are processed at once:
- smelting ores, Smithing bars and making Cannonballs.- Fletching logs, stringing Bows, making arrow shafts and cutting bolt tips.- Making headless arrows, regular arrows, bolts and darts (capped at 10x the regular amount per action).- Cleaning herbs and making potions which do not have a stackable secondary ingredient.- Cooking food, making pies or pizzas and making Jugs of Wine.- Crafting leather, uncut gems, glassblowing, jewellery, pottery, Battlestaves and spinning flax or wool.
Slayer MasterTier 5, unlocked at 5,000 pointsYou gain the following perks to Slayer:
- Always on task for all eligible slayer monsters.- Unlock all Slayer Task perks for free.- Rune Pouches, Herb Sacks and Looting Bags in the Slayer Point store are all free.- Skip and block Tasks for free.- Gain 1000-15,000 bonus Slayer XP for the first time you kill the 100th of each unique Slayer monster, scaled by the monster's Slayer level requirement (XP stated is before multipliers).Tier 5 passive bonusesUnlocked at 5,000 points- League XP multiplier increased from 16x to 24x.
Total RecallTier 6, unlocked at 8,000 points- This item can be used to store any single coordinate, alongside your Hitpoints, Prayer and Special Attack Energy, and teleport back to it at a later date, restoring those stats to what they were.- This item ignores wilderness teleport restrictions.- The Crystal of Echoes cannot store coordinates whilst inside an instance.- There are various other locations this item won't store coordinates in, including quest areas, certain minigames, etc.
Banker's NoteTier 6, unlocked at 8,000 points- This item will allow you to note and unnote items anywhere in Gielinor.- You can manually use items on the Banker's Note to unnote or note them all, much like a Bank.- The 'Activate' option allows you to note and unnote items in one action with a specified quantity. An object must first be used on the Banker's Note in order for this to work.- You can customise how many items the Banker's note will note and unnote using the quantity options.Tier 6 passive bonusesUnlocked at 8,000 pointsThere are no passive unlocks for this tier.
Pocket KingdomTier 7, unlocked at 16,000 points- This item allows full access to the Managing Miscellania feature from anywhere.- Workers will work for 50% less coins, always have max appeal, produce twice as many resources, and accrue resources every hour instead of every day.
GrimoireTier 7, unlocked at 16,000 points- This item can be used to freely swap between spellbooks.- The Grimoire acts as a Book of the Dead.Additionally, when you select this, you will unlock access to all Prayers and spells, regardless of area, quest, or diary requirements.
OvergrownTier 7, unlocked at 16,000 points- This item can be used to access the Seed Vault from anywhere in the world.Additionally, you gain the following perks to Farming:
- Crops never die.- When planting a seed, it has a 75% chance to not be consumed.- When a seed fully grows, if your Seed Vault has another seed of the same type it will harvest the patch for you, then replant the seed. (Only works whilst online)Tier 7 passive bonusesUnlocked at 16,000 points- League XP multiplier increased from 24x to 32x.
SpecialistTier 8, unlocked at 25,000 pointsYou gain the following perks to special attacks:
- All special attacks cost 20% and have +100% accuracy.- For each failed accuracy roll with a special attack, gain 10% Special Attack Energy.- Whenever you kill an NPC, restore 15% Special Attack Energy.
GuardianTier 8, unlocked at 25,000 points- This item will allow you to summon a powerful Guardian Thrall, lasting 30 minutes.- The guardian will attack your target with whatever style it is weak to.- When you are in multi-combat it will cast an AoE attack if the target is weak to range or magic.- The Guardian's stats are:
- Min hit: 5
- Max hit: 13
- Attack Speed: 4
- Accuracy: 45000- The Guardian does not work in PvP.- This perk will also work inside The Gauntlet.
Last StandTier 8, unlocked at 25,000 pointsYou gain the Last Stand perk, which works as follows:
- If damage would reduce you to 0 hp, you are reduced to 1 hp instead.- Your combat stats are instantly boosted to 255 but begin draining rapidly back down to their base level + 15.- For the next 16 ticks after this ability is activated, you cannot be reduced to 0 HP.- When the effect ends, all incoming damage is nullified and the player is healed based on the damage they dealt over the last 16 ticks.Once this ability is used, it cannot be used again until you die or 3 minutes have passed.Tier 8 passive bonusesUnlocked at 25,000 pointsThere are no passive unlocks for this tier.
